Terms & Conditions

By placing an order, you (“Client”) agree to and understand the following:

1. Purpose

Orders are for custom floral preservation, creating a unique piece of art from provided flowers.

2. Ordering

• Orders begin with an inquiry form, followed by a purchase link to confirm the date.

• All communication is conducted by email to keep records clear.

3. Process & Timeline

• Flowers are pressed, dried, and arranged according to the Client’s selected size and style.

• Typical completion time is 4 months, though larger orders or peak seasons may extend this.

• Natural changes in color and texture are expected. White flowers may dry cream or tan, and red flowers may darken to burgundy or brown.

4. Payment

• Payment is required to confirm an order.

• Installment options (such as Afterpay) are available and handled directly through their platform.

• Prices are honored for 72 hours after an inquiry.

• Additional items may be added before assembly begins.

5. Flower Delivery & Return

• Flowers may be dropped off locally or shipped following provided instructions.

• The Client is responsible for shipping costs. Overnight or 2-day shipping is strongly recommended.

• Completed pieces may be picked up locally at no cost or shipped at checkout.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• Full refunds are available if canceled at least 4 weeks before the reserved date.

• Cancellations within 4 weeks are subject to a $50 non-refundable rebooking fee.

• Flowers that arrive unsalvageable (rotting or molding) will be returned, and half of the order total will be refunded.

7. Artistic & Intellectual Property

• Clients choose frame size, style, and finish at checkout. Final design and arrangement are at the creator’s discretion.

• No drafts or design approvals are provided. Reviewing past work is encouraged before ordering.

• Completed artwork remains the intellectual property of the creator. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

8. Limitations & Liability

• Every effort is made to handle flowers with care, but natural drying changes and minor imperfections are expected.

• In rare unforeseen circumstances (e.g., shipping delays, weather), options may include a partial refund or credit toward a future order.

9. Privacy Policy

• Personal information (such as name, email, phone number, and shipping address) is collected solely for processing and fulfilling orders.

• Information will never be sold, shared, or used for any purpose outside of order communication and delivery.

• Payment details are processed securely through third-party platforms (e.g., PayPal, Afterpay) and are never stored.
