One of the biggest concerns couples have when booking wedding bouquet preservation is:
“How do I actually get my flowers to you?”
The good news is that we’ve streamlined the process to make it as easy as possible, whether you’re local to North Carolina or shipping flowers from across the country.
Local Flower Drop-Off
If you’re local, or within 45 minutes of Whispering Pines, NC, we offer flower drop-off seven days a week from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Shipping Your Flowers
If you’re not local, or further than 45 minutes away, shipping will likely be easiest. We work with clients nationwide and provide detailed shipping instructions to walk you through the process step-by-step.
Many clients choose to use their own box and packing materials and ship directly using UPS overnight service. This works wonderfully and is a great option for weddings that are approaching quickly.
Pre-Paid Shipping Kits
For couples who want an even simpler experience, we also offer pre-paid shipping kits.
Each kit includes:
A discounted overnight shipping label
Packing materials
Easy-to-follow instructions
Many of our clients love this option because everything is handled in advance. After the wedding, a friend, family member, planner, or member of the wedding party can easily package and ship the flowers on your behalf.
The kit also allows you to understand the full shipping cost upfront, helping eliminate surprises after the wedding.
In many cases, our discounted shipping labels are less expensive than purchasing a label directly through a shipping carrier.
Need to find a UPS location near you? Use the UPS Store Locator to find the nearest shipping location and drop off your package.
When Should You Order a Shipping Kit?
Because the kit needs to be mailed to you before your wedding, we recommend selecting this option only if your wedding is at least two weeks away.
If your wedding is sooner than that, don’t worry. Our shipping instructions make it easy to package your flowers using your own materials.

We’ve Made It Simple
Whether you choose local drop-off, ship your flowers yourself, or purchase a pre-paid shipping kit, our goal is the same: making wedding flower preservation as stress-free as possible.
You have enough to think about after your wedding. We’ve worked hard to simplify the logistics so you can focus on enjoying your celebration while knowing your flowers are on their way to becoming a lasting keepsake.
